CONCINANDO UN SABROSO ESTOFADO DE POLLO.....COOKING A TASTY CHICKEN STEW

Hola a todos, comenzando otro día, bueno en este caso es el fin de semana, por ende nada mejor que degustar una buena comida, como lo es un estofado de pollo, el cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, comenzamos colocando en la olla un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla cortada en juliana bien fina, luego un poco de ajo bien cortadito, morrón, luego agregamos el pollo en este caso esta cortado en porciones, como verán el muslo, la pata, alita, tapamos la olla dejamos que se cocine por un buen rato, para que de esa manera se cocine bien la carne antes mencionada, cuando notamos que la carne esta bien blanda, le agregamos rodajas de tomate bien fina, arveja en lata, papa cortada en porciones pequeñas, un poco de perejil y por ultimo a gusto de los comensales puede ser un poco de crema de leche sin batir eso le da un sabor inigualable.

Como bien les dije las alitas, las cuales cocinadas de esta forma salen muy ricas, lo que falta mencionar es referente a los champiñones, cortados no muy pequeños.

Cuando esta todo y luego de degustar este sabroso estofado, como verán ya casi no quedo nada, lo mejor de cocinar así es casi al vapor entonces la considero mucho mas sano.

La verdad que salió muy bien este estofado, como bien les dije a veces es bueno variar la manera de cocinar y además mucho mas sano.
