UN ALMUERZO MUY LIGH.....A VERY LIGHT LUNCH

Como se puede ver en esta foto, el almuerzo de hoyes bastante reducido, bueno lo expreso de esa forma reducido porque es un pollo entero y no pata y muslo como es de costumbre, al principio dicho pollo parecía grande pero se ve que al perder todo el agua que contenía su cuerpo, se dice que le aplican con una jeringa agua bajo la piel, la cual al congelarse hace que dicho pollo pese mas y se vea mas grande.

Es sabido que hay que prender el fuego o sea el carbón, cuando esta hecho brasa se coloca la parrilla la cual se calienta, se la limpia y luego se coloca la carne, en este caso se trata de un pollo entero, el cual como dije se achico bastante, pero eso no impide de saborearlo con bastante limón, el cual lo utilizo para quemar las grasas.

Al estar dicho pollo ya cocinado lo acompaño con una ensalada de tomate, huevo duro, sal, limón y un poco de vinagre de manzana, pero para dar mas gusto al almuerzo, justo tenia berenjena a la escabeche, la cual también agregue al plato junto al pollo y así disfrutar del almuerzo como dije.

It is known that you have to light the fire or charcoal, when it is done ember is placed on the grill which is heated, clean it and then place the meat, in this case it is a whole chicken, which as I said is quite small, but that does not prevent savor it with plenty of lemon, which I use to burn fat.

As the chicken was already cooked, I accompanied it with a salad of tomato, hard boiled egg, salt, lemon and a little apple cider vinegar, but to give more taste to the lunch, I had some pickled eggplant, which I also added to the dish with the chicken and enjoy the lunch as I said.
