RIÑON DE RES REVUELTO CON HUEVO Y CEBOLLA, CON MANDIOCA O YUCA.....BEEF KIDNEY SCRAMBLED WITH EGG AND ONION, WITH MANIOCA OR YUCA

Hola a todo los integrantes de hermosa plataforma social, mi deseo es que tengan un buen comienzo de semana, luego de haber pasado un hermoso fin de semana con la familia, para el almuerzo de hoy voy a cambiar el menú, en este caso cocinare riñón de res cortados en trozos pequeños, el cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, cortamos el riñón en pequeños trozos, cebolla cortada en juliana, ajo, sal y aceite, colocamos en una sarten un poco de aceite, le agregamos la cebolla, la sal, luego el riñón, comenzamos su cocción revolvemos de a poco, hasta que este bien cocinado.

Tomamos la yuca o mandioca, la pelamos, la cortamos en trozos no muy grande, colocamos una olla sobre el fuego de la cocina, le agregamos agua dejamos que esta se hierva con con la yuca o mandioca, cuando notamos que la misma esta blanda la retiramos, la colamos y dejamos que se enfrié, para luego degustarla con el riñón propiamente dicho.

De esta manera tenemos un almuerzo con muchas proteínas y fácil de prepararlo, además su sabor es inigualable, de tal manera que si les agrado esta receta fácil de preparar, no duden de dejar sus respectivos comentarios y también sus votos.
