PECHUGA DE POLLO AL CHAMPIÑON.....CHICKEN BREAST WITH MUSHROOMS

Hola a todos, luego de pasar la nochebuena en familia y degustando comida cocinada en la parrilla, o sea mucha carne, comienzo hoy a almorzar mas livianito, por eso una pechuga de pollo con salsa liviana de champiñón con tomates cortado en juliana con orégano que los prepare de la siguiente manera, compre una pechuga de pollo, la troce en tres partes a los largo, la coloque en una olla con agua para que se hierva, le agregue sal, y condimentos varios, en otra cacerola, agregue un poco de aceite, cebolla cortada en juliana bien fina, sal, cúrcuma, morrón, ajo, ají molido, condimento de ave y champiñones de lata, cortado en pedazos grande, tape la olla luego de agregarle un poco de agua, para que no se pegue lo colocado anteriormente, cuando la pechuga estuvo bien cocinada la retire del agua y la coloque con la salsa para que se cocine junto a esta, lo cual lo hice a fuego lento y con la olla tapada para que mescle bien los sabores, lo tuve así por rato, luego apague el fuego, deje que se asiente con la olla tapada, para luego servirme en un plato como se ve en la foto, la verdad el sabor es exquisito.

Por supuesto lo acompañe con agua mineral bien fresca, como les dije comencé a desintoxicarme, porque como bien saben ya se aproxima la siguiente fiesta de fin de año y luego la de reyes y después de todo esto unos días de playa que ahí si se ve nuestra conducta en cuanto a comida me refiero, por la silueta que tenemos en ese momento.
