PATA Y MUSLO AL DISCO, COCINADO A LEÑA.....LEG AND DRUMSTICK, COOKED OVER A WOOD FIRE

in Foodies Bee Hive16 days ago

Being today another weekday (Tuesday), in which I will change the lunch to something more of field, as it is to cook leg and thigh to the disk, with firewood, which makes the cooked food gets another flavor, also as it is slow fire is cooked better, so friends, I had leg and thigh in the freezer, which I took them out to thaw, then I cleaned them and washed them well, being well seasoned, putting salt, turmeric, oregano, a little soy sauce and pepper to taste, take the disk which is also clean, look for the ideal place to cook, where the wind is minimal, I placed the disc, with the longest legs, because I also have shorter legs, they are interchangeable, with the fire on, I poured a little olive oil with rosemary on the disc, when it heated up, I was placing the legs and thigh in such a way that they are cooked well, that is to say with the skin down, then when they are cooked I turn them around, I cover the disc a little so that the aroma of the meat impregnates well, then I uncover and turn the meat, in this way I let it finish cooking, with the juice that comes out of the meat, which is very tasty.

This would also be an option or one more way to cook the disc, as you know this disc is made of steel material, the same is used in the field to plow the land, that is why it is very resistant and knowing how to use it, it lasts a lot.

If you like this way of cooking, I look forward to your comments.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR FOLLOWING AND READING ME.
