EMPANADAS DE POLLO PARA EMPESAR LA SEMANA.....CHICKEN EMPANADAS TO START OFF THE WEEK

Buen comienzo de semana a todos, espero sea con mucha salud y perseverancia y que todo lo que hagan les salga muy bien, sabemos que el lunes es el primer día de la semana y a veces se torna un poco agotador, por el solo hecho de volver a empezar todo otra ves, es como que la rutina se vuelve a repetir, por tal motivo nosotros tenemos que seguir adelante con todo el esfuerzo que siempre ponemos de manifiesto, por ejemplo el de degustar unas sabrosas empanadas de pollo, las que me agradan demasiado, las mismas se elaboran de la siguiente manera, hervimos el pollo, con bastante condimento, es para que vaya tomando el gusto, cuando esta hervido lo quitamos del agua y luego de que se enfrió lo trozamos en pequeños pedacitos, a los cuales le agrego huevo duro cortado en pequeños trozos, aceitunas cortadas bien chica y cebolla de la misma manera, salga a gusto mesclo todo y cuando esta frio, voy tomando las tapas de empanadas y armando las mismas, las coloco en una fuente cuando esta se completa la llevo al horno, donde cocino dichas empanadas, las cuales quedan como se ve en la foto.

La verdad de ves en cuando saborear esta delicia hace bien porque trae muchos recuerdos de otras veces, pero siempre la ultima es la que sale mas rica.

Good start of the week to all, I hope it is with good health and perseverance and that everything you do goes very well, we know that Monday is the first day of the week and sometimes it becomes a little tiring, just by the fact of starting all over again, it is like the routine is repeated again, for that reason we have to go ahead with all the effort that we always show, for example to taste some tasty chicken empanadas, which I like too, they are prepared as follows, We boil the chicken, with enough seasoning, it is to take the taste, when it is boiled we remove it from the water and after it is cooled we cut it into small pieces, to which I add hard boiled egg cut into small pieces, olives cut into small pieces and onion in the same way, I mix everything to taste and when it is cold, I take the empanadas lids and I put them in a bowl when it is complete I take it to the oven, where I cook the empanadas, which are as shown in the photo.

The truth is that from time to time savoring this delicacy is good because it brings back many memories of other times, but always the last one is the one that comes out richer.
