COSTILLAR AL ASADOR, ESPECIAL DEL DOMINGO.....RIB ON THE GRILL, SUNDAY SPECIAL

Hola a todos, que tengan un excelente domingo, en familia, por supuesto compartiendo un costillar al asador, también batatas hervidas y repollo cortado bien fino, previo darle una cocción en la sarten, la verdad que de esa manera sale mucho mas tierno dicho repollo y con un sabor muy agradable al paladar.

Como observamos en esta foto la manera de hervir la batata, amigos en lo personal me es mas agradable y sabroso compartir un asado con batata hervida que con papa hervida, mucho mas rico y mas fácil de preparar.

Para que tengan una idea de la manera de elaborar este costillar al asador, el mismo lo comencé a cocinar desde muy temprano y a fuego lento, aprovechando como dije el fuego agregue unos chorizos caseros de cerdo, la verdad salió todo excelente.

En esta foto, podemos ver parte de dicho costillar cortado en porciones, para comenzar a degustarlo, se puede ver la carne cortada, como salió. tiene un color gris y aparte muy jugoso, el secreto para que salga así, es cocinarlo muy despacio, dicho costillar tardo en cocinarse aproximadamente 5 horas, pero como ven el resultado es degustar este manjar.

Entonces como dije en el comienzo de este post, cada uno y cada cual tiene sus gustos, digo esto para saborear un costillar como este, por eso el de cortar el repollo bien fino y darle una pequeña fritura y también el de hervir la batata, lo cual no lleva mucho tiempo y sale muy bien.
