Buenos días, que pasen un excelente lunes y buen comienzo de semana, que mejor que comenzar el primer día de semana degustando un sabroso guisado de arroz con carne de res, sabemos que cada comida tiene su rutina y secreto, pero cocinar un guisado de arroz es algo importante, porque digo así, es porque ponemos todo de nosotros y para comenzar a cocinar, primero debemos colocar la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla bien cortada, sal a gusto, luego de unos minutos la carne cortada en trozos pequeños, pimienta, ají molido, un poco de pimentón para darle un poco de color y sabor especial, revolvemos todo, tapamos la olla y ponemos agua a calentar, cuando esta esta caliente, le agregamos a la olla, luego agregamos ajo bien cortado, papas cortadas en trozos pequeños, choclo y dejamos que se cocine, luego agregamos mas agua y agregamos el arroz, mesclando bien despacio, para que el mismo se pegue o sea no se forme grumos, tapamos la olla y cuando notamos que el arroz esta blando es porque el guisado ya esta listo para degustar.

Lo importante acá es cuando servimos dicho guisado, lo abrimos un poco en el plato y le agregamos queso rallado, la verdad que excelente.
