Buenos días a todos, por fin llego el día domingo, sabemos que el mismo es muy especial por el hecho de que para el almuerzo se junta toda la fumilla , por supuesto que tiene que ver también la comida a degustar, la verdad que en lo personal, es justo lo que mas me agrada
que es el guisado de fideos mostacho lis con carne de res, dicho guiso es muy fácil de cocinarlo, se coloca en una olla en el fuego luego le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego cebolla cortada muy fina, sal a gusto, pimienta, la carne cortada en trozos pequeños, mesclamos un poco, luego de unos minutos le agregamos un poco de agua caliente y tapamos la olla.

Cuando la destapamos, le agregamos lo que vemos en la foto, es morrón picado muy fino y un poco de pimentón rojo en polvo, mesclamos bien todo y le agregamos un poco mas de agua y tapamos nuevamente la olla, eso es para que la carne se cocine mas rápido y salga mas blanda.

Al estar dicha carne blanda, le podremos agregar un poco de mas de agua y luego el fideo antes mencionado, cundo el fideo esta blando ese es el momento que dicho guisado se puede degustar como dije con toda la familia.

Un domingo mas y un día de frio menos, con algo diferente como lo es este exquisito guisado de fideo mostacholi con carne de res.

When we uncover it, we add what we see in the picture, it is a very finely chopped red bell pepper and a little red pepper powder, we mix everything well and add a little more water and cover the pot again, this is so that the meat cooks faster and comes out softer.

When the meat is soft, we can add a little more water and then the noodles mentioned above, when the noodles are soft that is the moment that the stew can be enjoyed as I said with the whole family.
