Preparando arroz blanco con caballa|||||Preparing white rice with mackerel

in Foodies Bee Hivelast month

TRANSLATED INTO ENGLISH.

Good morning everyone, some say that rice is fattening, but personally as far as I understand, it is only if we consume it when it is hot, so when I cook it, I pass it through the strainer and let it cool well for that way I can consume it, well this meal is prepared that way, with cold rice, as you can see in the photo, as it is that it is ready to consume it.

image.png

What we are seeing is the moment in which I pass the rice to the dish that will be used to prepare this meal, I remove everything from the pot once as I said before this rice is cold and ready to be mixed with the other ingredients.

image.png

The most important and very necessary thing would be the eggs, as you can see, they are added according to the amount of rice and diners that we have, in this case there are 4 eggs used, which we have to peel them once they are boiled.

image.png

After having these eggs ready, I take the can of mackerel in its natural state, of course it is much healthier, once I open the can I remove the fish inside to use, as we see in this picture.

image.png

Well having ready the rice, eggs and mackerel, all prepared in the volts, what remains for me to finish is to add a little olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper to taste, when all this I start to mix everything, leaving everything ready to be tasted.

In this way friends I managed to prepare this delicious meal, with which you can accompany a grilled chicken or beef churrasco, as a salad for a grilled fish and a variety of other meals.
