Hello to all the bloggers of this beautiful HIVE community, the same one where everyone interacts leaving our grain of sand, we make it possible that every day it will expand more globally and for the benefits of each of its components, which with our Initiatives and pure thoughts we overturn and expand a little of ourselves in each word, that is why I want to share today Friday the beginning of the weekend, a recipe on how to make the chipa guazú, which is a traditional food of the country of PARAGUAY, its ingredients are :

Shelled corn
Onion
Milk
Salt
Egg
Oil

We place the corn in one volt which was crushed and mixed in a blender with the milk, salt, oil and the egg, well the amount is according to the diners, once well mixed noting that the corn was well ground and mixed with the Other ingredients, we place it in said volts, then we add the finely cut onion as seen in the photo, we mix it again by hand, leaving it as a dough but if possible soft, if it gets hard we add more milk.

Friends, after also adding the cheese which was perfectly mixed with the other ingredients, we pour everything into a mold, before passing a little butter and marinating it, that is, placing a little flour so that it does not stick in the mold, as if outside when we make a sponge cake, and then put it in the oven as we see in the photograph.

Depending on the temperature of the oven is the time we leave it inside, the lower the temperature it cooks slower and it comes out better, as in this case, that is, when we notice a brownish color on the top, it is because it is about We remove it from the oven, let it cool down a bit, and then cut it into portions, very gently, because the truth is that everything falls apart.

As seen in the previous photo, after cutting it into portions, we serve it with the rest of the food, which in this case was roast pork and soft Vienna sausage, which are to the liking of my granddaughters, mine too hahahaha, for such reason after concluding with this recipe and way to cook a tasty CHIPA GUAZU, also hoping that you liked it, I am waiting for your long-awaited comments regarding it.

Hola
