Hola a todos, espero tengan un excelente domingo junto a sus seres queridos, como es de saberse y lo tengo muy en cuenta en lo personal, que los fines de semana son muy especiales para compartir en familia, como con este exquisito asado, bueno el mismo consta de costilla de ternera, costilla de carne de cerdo, chorizo casero, chorizo relleno con queso y picaña, todo esto al cocinarse a fuego lento queda espectacular.

La verdad amigos que la costilla de ternera, costilla de carne de cerdo, chorizo casero, chorizo relleno con queso y picaña, son las partes mas sabrosas que se puede degustar cuando las cocinamos en la parrilla.

Como por ejemplo la picaña la cual es esta foto que se ve, por supuesto esta cocinándose muy bien por eso lo del jugo que sale de la misma y eso que todavía le falta un poco porque hay que darle la vuelta a dicha carne.

Por supuesto que todo también depende de como se prendió el carbón, como verán las brasas están al rojo vivo, por supuesto que esa es la verdadera manera de cocinar un sabroso asado.
