Buenos días a todos, considerando que el frio no afloja y cada ves es mas fuerte, es bueno recurrir a la preparación de comidas que sean ideales para equilibrar dicho frio, en lo personal y de las que mas me agrada es por ejemplo el chorizo a la pomarola, pero cocinado con leños
o en su defecto puede ser con carbón, en este caso tiene un poco de cada uno, para empezar a preparar dicho chorizo, es ideal que por mas que el mismo sea casero, debe ser hervido, para que de esa manera se desengrase la mayor cantidad posible, luego de ser hervido como se ve en la foto, lo retiramos de la olla y lo dejamos en una fuente.

Luego colocamos sobre dicho fuego la paellera, le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego le agregamos cebolla cortada bien fina, morrón verde y rojo, sal a gusto, especies varias, repollo cortado bien fino, zanahoria rallada y lo dejamos que se cocine lentamente.

Luego le vamos agregando ajo cortado bien pequeños, revolvemos un poco para que se cocine todo, le agregamos un poco de ají molido y pimienta, para darle mas color le agregamos un poco de pimentón molido, cuando notamos que todo se encuentra bien cocinado, así como se ve en la foto, lo revolvemos nuevamente, mesclando bien todo.

Entonces al estar todo bien cocinado le agregamos el chorizo, que había sido hervido, lo acomodamos de una manera para que se cocine bien, como vemos en la foto, lo pichamos un poco al chorizo con un tenedor, se hace eso para que el judo de la sala se introduzca bien en el chorizo, dándole de esa forma de cocinarse un sabor excelente.

De esta manera como bien les decía, que es una comida muy buena para los días de mucho frio, por las calorías que contiene.

Then when everything is well cooked we add the chorizo, which had been boiled, we arrange it in a way so that it cooks well, as we can see in the photo, we chop it a little to the chorizo with a fork, this is done so that the judo of the room is well introduced in the chorizo, giving it in this way to cook an excellent flavor.

In this way, as I was telling you, it is a very good food for very cold days, because of the calories it contains.
